Hi, my name is Dick Faulkner and I am excited to be the new Pastry Chef at Bacchus House Wine Bar and Bistro! My foundational background for all things culinary comes from growing up in a family that bought fresh picked produce from small family farms, made meals from scratch and oh…by the way…dessert…every night! The love of that family tradition still lives on today. After changing careers, I completed the two year culinary program at American River College. With my passion for cooking and baking I started a boutique catering business here in the greater Sacramento area and it gave me the opportunity to expand my craft.
I am looking forward to bringing you a dessert experience beyond the ordinary with seasonal offerings that will tempt you every time you dine as guests of Bacchus House Wine Bar and Bistro.
