His career has been vibrant and successful one. Chef Octavio is globally influenced in the culinary arts, having traveled the world and has even hosted his own spin on gourmet cuisine in Munich, Germany, as well as all around Europe, performing and creating his culinary magic in private vineyards, hotels and private estates. “The art of exotic, complex components, like bold flavors from around the world mixed with local, organic staples, ignites my passion for being an Executive Chef & owner.”
